Loans
All loans are made for thirty days. At the end of thirty days, the loan plus interest must be paid in order to reclaim your pawn. If you pay the interest, you may extend the loan for an additional thirty days. If the loan is not repaid within sixty days, all rights to the pawned item revert to American Pawn Exchange and, after ninety days, your item will be released for resale.

All loan transactions must be made in person by the person who signs the pawn transaction ticket.

All persons requesting a loan must provide valid photo identification.

Purchases
American Pawn Exchange offers a 100% satisfaction guarantee on all items sold.

If you are not 100% satisfied with an item you buy from us, return it—with the original sales receipt—within thirty days and we will:

• Refund the purchase price in full
• Exchange it for a similar item, if possible*
• Give you a store credit

*Exact exchanges are not always possible due to the constant turnover of our inventory and because many items may be one of a kind.

Shipping
Shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer. American Pawn Exchange will offer the opportunity to purchase shipping insurance; if the buyer declines to purchase insurance coverage, American Pawn Exchange is not liable for any damage incurred during the shipping process

Warranties
Because American Pawn Exchange deals primarily in used goods, warranties are not always available. When possible, we will offer a limited, manufacturer’s, or 30-day warranty.
